CAULIFLOWER GRAVY:

INGREDIENTS:
1. Cauliflower - 1small size,
2. Onions - 2 big size,
3. Green Peas - 1 cup,
4. Grated Coconut - 1 cup,
5. Cashew nuts - 5 nos,
6. Melon Seeds - 2 tsps,
7. Green Chilly - 2 nos,
8. Pepper - 1tsp,
9. Jeera (Cumin Seeds),
10.Salt to Taste,
11.Sugar - 1tsp,
12. Milk - Half Glass,
13.Required Water.

TADKA:
2 tsps Oil, 1tsp Cumin seeds,

METHOD:
1.Clean & cut Cauliflower florets to small pieces,
2.Wash thoroughly & boil it in salt water till it becomes soft.Cook shelled green peas separately,
3.Grind Grated coconut,few pieces of chopped onions,pepper,cumin seeds,cashew,melon seeds & green chilly into a smooth paste,
4.Cut onions into thin length wise pieces,
5.Prepare tadka with 2tsps of oil,1tsp of cuminseeds & fry onions till golden brown,
6.Add boiled cauliflower to it & mix well by putting required salt,sugar & grinded masala,
7.Boil nicely by occasional stirring,when it starts thickening add milk & stir nicely.
8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
PS:THIS GRAVY GOES WELL WITH PEAS PULAV,PLAIN JEERA RICE & ROTIS.
