IDLI BATTER:

INGREDIENTS: 1.Urad Dal - 2 Cups. 2.Idli Rice Rava - 4 Cups. METHOD: 1.Wash & soak urad dal & idli rava separately in Hot Water for 4-5 hours. 2.First grind Urad Dal to a smooth paste & little thick in consistency. 3.Then squeeze all the water from the Idli Rava & add it to the urad dal paste. 4.Mix nicely in anti clock direction till it becomes a smooth batter. 5.The batter must be little thick & not to flowing consistency.  6.Preserve it in a Air Tight Box in the Fridge. 7.While using add required salt. PS: THIS PROPORTION IS FOR 4 PEOPLE. SAME CAN BE ADDED FOR MORE PEOPLE.

DOSA BATTER

INGREDIENTS: 1. Rice-2 Cups, 2. Urad Dal-1 Cup, 3. Channa Dal- 6 Tsps, 4. Methi(Fenugreek Seeds)-2 Tsps. METHOD: 1.Wash & Soak the above ingredients nicely over night. 2.Drain water & grind to a smooth paste by adding required water. 3.Store it in Air Tight Box in Fridge. 4.Add 1 tsp of oil,1 tsp of sugar & salt to taste when you are making the dosa for required amount only & rest can be preserved in the fridge. 5.If you need sour dosa taste can keep outside for overnight. 6.If preserved in fridge keep outside at least for 10-15 minutes before use. PS: THIS PROPORTION IS FOR FOUR PEOPLE. CAN BE ADDED MORE ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT.
