DOSA BATTER

INGREDIENTS:

1. Rice-2 Cups,
2. Urad Dal-1 Cup,
3. Channa Dal- 6 Tsps,
4. Methi(Fenugreek Seeds)-2 Tsps.

METHOD:

1.Wash & Soak the above ingredients nicely over night.
2.Drain water & grind to a smooth paste by adding required water.
3.Store it in Air Tight Box in Fridge.
4.Add 1 tsp of oil,1 tsp of sugar & salt to taste when you are making the dosa for required amount only & rest can be preserved in the fridge.
5.If you need sour dosa taste can keep outside for overnight.
6.If preserved in fridge keep outside at least for 10-15 minutes before use.

PS: THIS PROPORTION IS FOR FOUR PEOPLE.
CAN BE ADDED MORE ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT.
