IDLI BATTER:
INGREDIENTS:
1.Urad Dal - 2 Cups.
2.Idli Rice Rava - 4 Cups.
METHOD:
1.Wash & soak urad dal & idli rava separately in Hot Water for 4-5 hours.
2.First grind Urad Dal to a smooth paste & little thick in consistency.
3.Then squeeze all the water from the Idli Rava & add it to the urad dal paste.
4.Mix nicely in anti clock direction till it becomes a smooth batter.
5.The batter must be little thick & not to flowing consistency.
6.Preserve it in a Air Tight Box in the Fridge.
7.While using add required salt.
PS: THIS PROPORTION IS FOR 4 PEOPLE. SAME CAN BE ADDED FOR MORE PEOPLE.
