HIREKAYEE BONDA (BAJJI)
 INGREDIENTS:  1. 1 Cup Besan,  2. 4-5 tsps Maida,  3. 4-5 tsps Rice Flour,  4. 1 tsp Haldi,  5. 1 tsp Hing,  6. 2-3 tsp Red Chilli Powder,  7. 1 tsp Cumin Powder,  8. 1 tsp Pepper Powder,  9. Salt to Taste,  10. Coriander Leaves,  11. 2 Big Hirekayee(Sweet Gourd),  12. Required Water,  13. Oil to Fry.  METHOD:  1.Mix all the flour together,add all the ingredients in a broad mouth vessel.  2.Take a thick bottomed kadai, pour required oil for frying.  3.Add 3-4 tsps of warm oil to the mixture & make a smooth dough by adding required amount of water.  4.The mixture must be thick but in a pouring consistency.  5.Wash,Peel & Cut the Hirekayee into round pieces.  6.Toss little salt & lime juice on Sliced Hirekayee for taste.  7.Dip it in the dough & deep fry the Bajjis.  8.Bajjis must be golden brown & crispy.  PS: CAN HAVE IT HOT WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR TOMATO SAUCE.
