AVALAKKI HESARABELE BISI BELE BHATH (MOONG DAL-POHA BHATH)

INGREDIENTS:
1.2 Cups Avalakki(Poha).
2.1 Cup Moong Dal.
3.1 Cup Mixed Vegetables(Chopped Length wise.)
4.4-5 Tsps Tamarind Juice.
5.3-4 Tsps Jaggery.
6.4-5 Tsps Bisi Bele Bhath Powder OR 
   2 Tsps Sambar Powder/2 Tsps Rasam Powder.
7.Haldi.
8.Hing.
9.Salt to Taste.
10.4 Tsps Ghee.

TADKA:
4-5 Tsps Oil,Hing,2Tsps Mustard Seeds,Curry Leaves,3-4 Pieces of Red Chilles.

METHOD:
1.Pre heat Cooker,Put 2 Tsps of Oil & Fry Moong Dal & cook.
2.When its tender add chopped vegetables & pressure cook for 1-2 whistles.
3.Clean,Wash & Soak Poha for 5- 10 Minutes.
4.Put all the ingredients to the Dal one after the other & boil nicely by occasional stirring.
5.Add soaked Poha to it & boil nicely by putting seasoning.
