CABBAGE AVAREKAAYI GRAVY (PALYA)

INGREDIENTS:
1.1Cup Chopped Cabbage.
2.1Cup Cooked Avarekaayi
3.1Cup Grated Coconut.
4.2 Onions.
5.4Tsps Coriander Leaves.
6.1Tsp Cumin Seeds.
7.Haldi.
8.2Tsps Jaggery.
9.Salt to Taste.
10.Required Water.

Seasoning:
2 Tsps Oil,1 Tsp Cumin Seeds,Hing,Curry Leaves.

METHOD:
1.Heat Thick Bottomed Kadai.Put Seasoning.
2.Add Chopped Cabbage & Cook till it becomes Tender.
3.Pressure Cook the Avarekayee for 3 whistles.
4.When it cools,Mix with Cabbage by adding required water.
5.Grind 3,4,5,6,Ingredients into a smooth paste & add to the cooked vegetables.
6.Put Haldi,Jaggery & Salt to the mixture & boil thoroughly till the raw smell goes off.

PS:THIS WILL GO WELL WITH POORI,CHAPATHIS & RAVA DOSA.
