VEGETABLE BISIBELE BHAT

INGREDIENTS:

1. 2 Cups Rice.
2. 1 Cup Toor Dal.
3. 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables Cut Length Wise.
4. 4-5 Tsps Imli Juice.
5. 2-3 Tsps Jaggery.
6. Salt to Taste.
7. 2-3 Tsps Bisi Bele Bhath Powder.
8. 2-3 Tsps Sambar powder.
9.Curry Leaves.
10. 4-5 Tsps Grated Cobra.
11.Tadka : 4 Tsps oil, Hing,Mustard Seeds,1Tsp Methi, Haldi,3-4 Red Chillies Pieces, Curry Patha.
12. 1:3 water & add more if required.

METHOD:
1.Preheat cooker, put 2-4 Tsps oil, hing,haldi .
2.Add Dal,Washed rice , chopped vegetables with required water.
3. Keep stirring occasionally,when its tender ,add all the ingredients one after the other. 
4.Keep stirring now & then by adding required water and pressure cook for 2-3 Whistles.
5.When cool,put Tadka & add to the bhath.
6.Garnish with little(2-3Tsps) of ghee.
