TOOR DAL LEMON RASAM / NIMBEHANNINA SAARU

INGREDIENTS:

1.2 Cups Toor Dal.
2.3-4 Green Chilles.
3.2 Inches Ginger.
4.Haldi.
5.Hing.
6.Salt to Taste.
7.Coriander Leaves.
8.Curry Patta.
9.Required Water.
10.1 Big Size Lemon.


TADKA / SEASONING:
1.1 Tsp of Ghee, 1Tsp of Mustard Seeds OR Cumin Seeds, Hing.

METHOD:
1.Pressure Cook the Dal with required water for 3-4 whistles.
2.Slit  & cut the Green Chilles  & Ginger Length Wise.
3.When cool put the Dal to a thick bottomed vessel & churn nicely with required Water.
4.When it starts boiling add Haldi,Hing,Green Chilles,Ginger,Salt,Chopped Curry Patta & Coriander Leaves.
5.Put the Tadka after it boils nicely.
6.Before serving add lemon juice.
7.Serve Hot With White Rice.
