BADAM HALWA

BADAM HALWA:

INGREDIENTS: 

1.Badam:250gms.
2.Cashew Nuts:100gms.
3.Sugar:200gms.
4.Ghee:200gms.
5.Milk:1Glass.
6.Kesar:Few Flakes Soaked in Water or Milk.
METHOD:
1.Soak Badam & Cashew differently for 3-4 hrs in hot water.
2.Remove the skin of the badam.
3.Grind Cashew & Badam coarsely but to smooth consistency without  big granules & not adding water.
4.Heat thick bottomed pan add milk & kesar,when it starts boiling add the grinded paste,keep stirring continuously in a low flame by adding ghee little by little till the end.
5.When you see a little colour change,add sugar & stir nicely.
6.It must be cooked in low flame till the sugar dissolves & with continuous stirring.
7.When it starts leaving the pan or the ghee,it means the Badam Halwa is ready to eat.
