INSTANT DOKLA

 INGREDIENTS:

 1.2Cups Besan. 
2.1Cup Fine Soji.(Semolina)
3.1Cup Sour Curd.
4.1Tsp sugar.
5.1Tsp Eno OR Baking(Cooking) Soda.
6.Salt to taste.
7.For Seasoning: 2Tsp oil,1Tsp Mustard,Hing & Little Curry Leaves.

GARNISHING: Chopped Coriander Leaves,3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chilles & Half Cup Grated Coconut.


METHOD:

1.Mix soda,sugar,salt & curd nicely.Keep it aside for 15-20 Minutes.
2.Sieve Besan & Soji(warm soji little in a pan before mixing) nicely without any lump.
3.Add curd, Besan & Soji together & make a smooth flowing consistency.
4.Smear oil to the plates & pour the mixture evenly.
5.Steam it for 12-15 minutes.
Then cut it into desired shape & garnish with seasoning ,green chillies,coriander leaves & grated coconut.

Serve Hot with Green Chutney OR Ketchup.
